Job Overview:

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, playing a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This is a leadership position that requires excellent communication, management, and strategic planning skills. The ideal candidate will be a strong advocate for company culture, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals, ensuring the company's long-term success.

  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

Lead recruitment efforts for key positions, create talent pipelines, and manage the full lifecycle of hiring, including workforce planning.

  • Employee Relations:

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and ensuring clear communication across all levels.

  • Performance Management:

Design and oversee performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting appraisals, and implementing development plans to drive employee growth.

  • Compensation and Benefits:

Review and refine compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.

  • Training and Development:

Identify training needs and develop programs to support employee skill-building, leadership development, and career progression.

  • Compliance and Legal:

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, oversee disciplinary actions, and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.

  • HR Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor HR metrics and analyze workforce data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.

  • Organizational Culture and Change Management:

Lead initiatives to maintain and enhance company culture, manage organizational changes, and ensure smooth integration of new policies or structural shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Experience:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.

  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proven expertise in employee relations, talent management, and performance appraisal systems.
  • Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to lead and drive change within the organization.
  • Proficiency in HR software and data analytics tools.
