Role- HR Lead
Experience Required: 7 to 12+ Years
Location: Mumbai
Reporting To: CEO / Managing Director
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Lead professional to manage the day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a keen understanding of HR policies and best practice
Key Responsibilities
Manage full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, inductions, performance management, and offboarding.
Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts: define JDs, advertise vacancies, conduct interviews, coordinate offers, and onboard new hires.
Administer compensation, benefits, HRIS data, and maintain secure employee records and HR MIS.
Develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labour laws and internal regulations.
Oversee vendor relationships and manage external service providers (e.g. payroll, background check vendors).
Qualifications & Experience
Education: MBA in HR or related field, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/HR.
Experience: 4–5+ years in HR generalist role, preferably in IT, fintech or mid-size organization.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems, and HR analytics. Familiarity with performance management systems (PMS).
Essential Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, confidentiality, and organizational abilities.
Preferred Attributes
Prior exposure to designing or implementing HR policies and processes.
Certification or additional training in HR domains (e.g. SHRMCP, PHR) is a plus.
Comfort handling sensitive employee and compliance matters with discretion.
