CTC: ₹5.5 – 7 LPA

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage our HR operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be proactive, people-oriented, and strategic, with strong expertise in HR policies, compliance, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes in a fair and transparent manner.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and professional development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR documentation.
  • Partner with leadership to understand staffing needs and support workforce planning.
  • Maintain HR systems and accurate employee records.
  • Support in building a strong company culture and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 5–7 years of proven HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
