This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Human Resources Manager. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals, overseeing talent acquisition, and managing employee relations to foster a positive work environment. The HR Manager will conduct performance evaluations, oversee training programs, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage HR policies. Building and maintaining effective communication between employees and management will be a key focus, alongside promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.

• Strong understanding of talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and employee onboarding
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance practices, and policy implementation
• Proficiency in strategic HR planning and development of organizational initiatives
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to handle employee training, learning, and development programs
• Adaptability to diverse and fast-paced work environments
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/PHR) is a plus
• Experience in using HRIS and other HR management tools is advantageous
