Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the firm's HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the firm's goals, managing compliance with labor laws and policies, and cultivating a positive workplace culture. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for employees and leadership regarding Human Resources matters, while fostering employee development and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and managing employee relations
• Experience in developing HR strategies and performance management processes
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and human resource policies
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle confidential employee information
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in HR management or a related field are a plus
