Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Human Resources Manager at UNIPREP. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks may involve developing HR policies, improving employee engagement, managing payroll, and facilitating training and development programs.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations skills.
  • Experience in performance management and benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a remote HR team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in the education industry is a plus.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is advantageous.
