Up to 12 lakhs per annum based on experience and suitability

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to join our HR Leadership team. This senior generalist role focuses on HR operations, policy development, compliance, grievance management and overall HR governance. You will work closely with HR leads, senior management and department heads to build strong HR systems across our fully remote organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end to end HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management and exit processes

Draft, review and implement HR policies aligned with organisational needs and labour laws

Maintain statutory compliance, HR audits and regulatory documentation

Manage employee relations and grievances with fairness, clarity and professionalism

Support leadership with workforce planning, manpower budgeting and organisational structuring

Coordinate with legal advisors for employment related matters and documentation

Partner with HODs to address HR issues and ensure smooth communication across teams

Ensure accuracy of HR data, process governance and adherence to standard procedures

Strengthen HR frameworks suited for a remote work model

Key Requirements

MBA in HR from a recognised institution

Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience in a strong generalist role

Experience in HR policy drafting, labour law compliance and handling employment related legal matters

Strong background in employee relations and grievance resolution

Comfortable working with remote teams and structured processes

Excellent communication, documentation and problem solving skills

High ownership, integrity and organisational maturity
