Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in South Delhi. The HR Manager will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts, onboarding new hires, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and policies. Responsibilities also include administering employee benefits, overseeing payroll operations, and implementing HR strategies to enhance workplace culture and productivity. Additionally, the HR Manager will work closely with leadership to develop and execute talent management and training programs to support business goals.
