Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in South Delhi. The HR Manager will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts, onboarding new hires, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and policies. Responsibilities also include administering employee benefits, overseeing payroll operations, and implementing HR strategies to enhance workplace culture and productivity. Additionally, the HR Manager will work closely with leadership to develop and execute talent management and training programs to support business goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding
  • Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment
  • Thorough understanding of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR policies
  • Proficiency in payroll administration and employee benefits management
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan and execute employee training and professional development programs
  • Proven experience in managing HR operations and creating a development-focused workplace culture
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus)
  • Experience in the marketing or creative agency sector is an advantage
