Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in New Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals, promoting a positive workplace culture, handling training initiatives, and advising leadership on organizational development. The role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure a supportive and effective work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning
  • Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Organizational Development
  • Strong skills in Performance Management and Employee Engagement
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and HR Policies
  • Experience in Training, Leadership Development, and Change Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
