Job Description

Job Title: HR Head

Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 5+ Years

Budget: 5-6 LPA

1. Strategic HR Leadership

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company growth plans and expansion.

Act as a strategic partner to leadership on workforce planning, organization design, and people development.

Drive HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.

2. Talent Acquisition & Resource Planning

Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (engineers, detailers, BIM specialists, HR, finance, admin).

Work closely with business heads on manpower forecasting and capacity planning.

Manage recruitment partners, consultants, and campus hiring initiatives.

Ensure optimal hiring turnaround time and quality of hires.

3. Performance Management & Employee Development

Design and manage performance appraisal systems (KPIs, OKRs, review cycles).

Implement structured career progression, skill matrix, and succession planning.

Coordinate internal and external training programs (technical, leadership, behavioral).

Promote continuous learning culture.

4. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Oversight

Design competitive compensation structures aligned with market benchmarks.

Oversee payroll processing, increments, incentives, and bonus frameworks.

Manage benefits including insurance, leave, gratuity, and statutory benefits.

5. Statutory Compliance & HR Operations

Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws, statutory filings, and audits.

Manage compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, Shops & Establishment, CLRA, etc.

Oversee HR documentation, employee records, and MIS reporting.

Support ISO, audits, and client compliance requirements.

6. Employee Relations & Culture Building

Act as a point of escalation for employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

Drive employee engagement initiatives, communication forums, and feedback systems.

Build a strong organizational culture based on ethics, discipline, and performance.

Manage exit processes, retention strategies, and attrition control.

7. HR Systems & Process Improvement

Implement and optimize HRMS and digital HR tools.

Standardize HR processes across multiple locations.

Track HR metrics and present dashboards to management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources.

5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in engineering, construction, EPC, or IT services environment.

Prior experience in managing HR for 100+ employee organizations.

Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
