Job Title: HR Manager – Compliance & Administration
Location: Bangalore
Role Overview
:We are seeking a responsible and experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR functions with a strong focus on statutory compliance, company policies, and organizational discipline. The candidate will ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and internal norms while supporting overall HR operations
.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Statutory Compliance & Legal:
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment, et
c.)Maintain updated records and documentation as per statutory requirements Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and consultants Handle inspections, notices, and legal documentation related to
HR
2. HR Operations: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, exit formalities) Maintain employee records, contracts, and HRMIS systems Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
3. Payroll & Benefits Coordination: Ensure accurate payroll inputs and compliance deductions Monitor leave records, attendance, and overtime Handle employee benefits administration
4. Discipline & Employee Relations: Ensure adherence to company policies, rules, and code of conduct Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution Promote a positive and productive work environment
5. Audit & Reporting:
Prepare compliance reports and HR dashboards Support internal and external
audits Ensure timely filing of returns and documentation
Key Requirements:
Experience: 3 to 5 years in HR with strong exposure to compliance and statutory regulations
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Steel / Trading industry
experience preferred Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance frameworks Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
