Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in New Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, including hiring processes, employee onboarding, and training, while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The role also involves managing employee relations, maintaining records, and executing HR strategies to support the organization's goals. Collaborating with management to address workforce needs and supporting a positive workplace culture will be key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in organizational and strategic HR management, workforce planning, and policy development.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Experience in employee engagement, conflict resolution, and maintaining workplace compliance standards.
  • Skills in HR software, data management, and reporting relevant to tracking employee performance and maintaining records.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities with a collaborative approach to decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are an advantage.
  • Experience in HR roles in industries related to legalizations and document attestation is preferred.
