Role Description

Job Title: HR Manager

Company: Allsure Services Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Noida

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions independently.
  • Build structured HR systems aligned with business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Manage complete recruitment cycle across departments.
  • Ensure timely hiring as per manpower planning.

2. Payroll & Compensation Management

  • Oversee accurate payroll processing and salary disbursement.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).

3. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage onboarding, documentation, and exit processes.
  • Maintain attendance, records, and HR MIS.

4. Policy Development & Implementation

  • Draft and implement HR policies and SOPs.
  • Ensure consistent policy adherence across the organization.

5. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and conduct induction programs.
  • Support performance management and skill development initiatives.

6. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
  • Maintain a positive and disciplined work environment.

7. Compliance & Legal

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain statutory records and support audits.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Payroll Processing & Compliance
  • Expertise in Talent Acquisition
  • Knowledge of HR systems and statutory laws
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership and team management ability
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software

Qualification & Experience

  • MBA / PGDM in HR
  • 58 years of relevant HR experience
  • Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
  • Prior experience handling payroll independently is mandatory
