Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role located in Bangalore. The HR Specialist will oversee daily HR management tasks, including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance. Responsibilities also include improving personnel management processes, addressing employee relations, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment initiatives. The role requires collaboration across teams to foster a positive and productive work culture within the company.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR), including effective personnel management and employee relations skills.
• Experience in HR Policies, including development, implementation, and compliance monitoring.
• Knowledge of HR Management and a comprehensive understanding of recruitment and retention strategies.
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits programs and the ability to manage their execution efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to organizational challenges.
• Previous experience working in a similar HR role, ideally in the wellness or health industry, is advantageous.
