Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for recruiting and staffing, implementing and overseeing employee benefit programs, ensuring legal compliance, maintaining employee records, and providing training and development. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for managing employee relations, facilitating communication between management and employees, and resolving employee conflicts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR management, recruitment and staffing, and benefit program implementation
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Experience in employee training and development
  • Ability to manage employee relations and conflicts
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is a plus
