We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused Cluster HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations across multiple outlets in Delhi NCR. This role involves close collaboration with Store Managers, Area Business Managers, and business stakeholders to enhance people processes, employee experience, and overall business productivity.

Key Responsibilities include:
- **Talent Acquisition:** Manage end-to-end hiring for store operations, validate manpower, and track hiring turnaround time.
- **Onboarding & Induction:** Ensure a seamless joining process, conduct HR induction, manage documentation, and facilitate biometric registration.
- **Attendance & Payroll:** Oversee roster management, verify attendance, manage leave, and validate payroll inputs.
- **Employee Relations & Engagement:** Conduct store visits, handle grievances, manage disciplinary matters, implement recognition programs, and conduct pulse surveys.
- **Compliance & Discipline:** Ensure compliance with labour laws, promote POSH awareness, issue warning letters, and uphold the code of conduct.
- **Exit Management & Retention:** Control attrition, conduct exit interviews, coordinate full and final settlements, and address absconding cases.
- **HR MIS & Analytics:** Maintain hiring MIS, manage the attrition dashboard, and conduct monthly HR reviews with business stakeholders.
