Role Overview
The Human Resources Manager will lead and manage all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. The role is critical in fostering a positive, values-driven workplace culture aligned with YODA's mission and organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and structured onboarding processes
- Drive employee training, development, and engagement programs
- Design, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and best practices
- Maintain accurate and compliant HR records and documentation
- Ensure adherence to labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal compliance
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Coordinate payroll, performance reviews, appraisals, and HR operations
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Working knowledge of payroll processes, performance management, and HR systems
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Prior experience in the NGO or non-profit sector is an added advantage
