About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations for a fully remote workforce. A background in the IT industry is preferable, as you will support technical teams and fast-paced digital environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Advise leadership on workforce planning, staffing, and employee development.
- Support company culture, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Build strong candidate pipelines and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Oversee smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employee questions and concerns.
- Mediate conflicts and promote a healthy, supportive work environment.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for improvement.
- Drive performance review cycles and support goal-setting processes.
- Coach managers on performance improvement and feedback practices.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and HRIS data.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
- Support payroll inputs, benefits coordination, and contract management.
- Lead virtual engagement and team-building activities.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Enhance internal communication and overall employee experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR generalist or HR management experience.
- Experience in the IT industry or with technical teams (preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
- Experience with HRIS tools and remote collaboration platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
