About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations for a fully remote workforce. A background in the IT industry is preferable, as you will support technical teams and fast-paced digital environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Advise leadership on workforce planning, staffing, and employee development.
  • Support company culture, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines and collaborate with hiring managers.
  • Oversee smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employee questions and concerns.
  • Mediate conflicts and promote a healthy, supportive work environment.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for improvement.
  • Drive performance review cycles and support goal-setting processes.
  • Coach managers on performance improvement and feedback practices.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and HRIS data.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
  • Support payroll inputs, benefits coordination, and contract management.
  • Lead virtual engagement and team-building activities.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Enhance internal communication and overall employee experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR generalist or HR management experience.
  • Experience in the IT industry or with technical teams (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Experience with HRIS tools and remote collaboration platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
