Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in New Delhi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes managing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The HR Manager will also support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Excellent recruitment skills specifically in Tele sales hiring
• should have handled bulk hiring and closed profiles within specified timelines
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Skills in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business strategies
• Proficiency in employee relations and conflict resolution
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the wellness or healthcare industry is a plus
