Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and training programs while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Responsibilities include designing and implementing HR strategies, managing payroll processes, developing employee engagement initiatives, and addressing employee concerns. The role also involves evaluating and improving HR processes to support the organization's goals and fostering an inclusive work environment.

Salary- 4-8 Lakhs per month

Working Days: 6 days Working (Monday-Saturday)

Location: Shemrock Group of Schools - behind Jai Appts, Rajapur, Block F, Sector 9, Rohini, New Delhi, Delhi, 110085 (Near Rohini West Metro Station)

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding processes
  • Strong understanding of employee relations, conflict resolution, and developing organizational policies
  • Proficiency in HR management systems, payroll processing, and labor law compliance
  • Skills in communication, team collaboration, and leadership
  • Ability to work remotely while maintaining organization and accountability
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced HR certification is a plus
  • Prior experience in the education sector is advantageous
