Job Title: HR Manager

Location:Gurgaon

Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, and providing support in various human resources activities including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop job descriptions and specifications for open positions.
  • Conduct employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance the work culture.
  • Organize team-building activities and HR events.

  • Performance Management:
  • Support the performance appraisal process, including the design and implementation of performance management systems.
  • Assist managers in identifying training and development needs for their teams.
  • Coordinate training programs and workshops to promote skill development.

  • HR Policies & Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
  • Review and update HR policies to align with best practices and legal requirements.

  • Payroll & Benefits Administration:
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll.
  • Handle employee benefits programs, including health insurance and leave management.
  • Provide support in managing compensation and reward programs.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
