This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Delhi, India. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee engagement, and payroll processes while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role includes developing HR strategies, managing employee performance, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The selected candidate will collaborate with various departments to support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.

• Strong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding
• Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and People Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance requirements
• Proven skills in Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Workforce Planning
• Effective Communication, Interpersonal, and Leadership skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Experience with HR software and payroll systems is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in human resource management or a related role
