Human Resources Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Rajkot. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and overseeing employee compensation and benefits. The position requires fostering a positive workplace culture, resolving conflicts, and identifying opportunities for professional development and training within the organization.

• Human Resources Management, Recruitment, and Onboarding experience
• Knowledge of labor laws, policies, and compliance practices
• Proficiency in employee development, training programs, and performance management
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is an advantage
