We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional who can streamline workforce management across all verticals and build strong HR systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT
- Manage attendance of staff through HRMS / biometric systems
- Ensure discipline and compliance across retail outlets and manufacturing units
- Conduct weekly visits to outlets for supervision and coordination
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
- Design and implement performance evaluation systems
- Conduct staff appraisals and recommend promotions
- Identify training and development needs
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
- Address employee grievances
- Improve workplace culture and engagement
- Ensure smooth communication between management and ground staff
PAYROLL & COMPLIANCE
- Assist in monthly salary processing
- Manage ESI & PF calculations and compliance
- Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws
HR SYSTEMS & PROCESS BUILDING
- Standardise HR policies
- Improve documentation & reporting
- Maintain employee records
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 57 years of experience in this field
- Must have handled a workforce of 100+ employees in their previous role
- Experience in retail / FMCG / manufacturing preferred
- MBA in HR (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ESI, PF & labour compliance
- Willing to travel weekly to outlets
- Strong communication and leadership skills
SALARY
- 40,000 45,000 per month (based on experience)
