About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented HR Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, administration, people management, and office management.
You will play a key role in leading the HR function, overseeing daily HR activities, managing employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and guiding the onboarding process.
- Oversee and maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personal information) in both physical and digital formats.
- Supervise payroll preparation and ensure accuracy in HR documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, etc.).
- Handle office administration tasks, including vendor management, inventory control, and facility management.
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities, trainings, and internal events.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Drive HR initiatives, including performance management, employee welfare programs, and policy improvements.
- Manage communication with external partners (recruitment agencies, vendors, etc.).
- Oversee travel arrangements, meetings, and other administrative duties as required.
- Build, guide, and mentor junior HR and admin team members.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree (BBA/MBA in HR preferred).
- 4-7 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and office administration.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software (preferred).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
