Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee organizational HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and compliance with labor laws. Daily responsibilities include managing talent acquisition, facilitating training and professional development programs, addressing employee concerns, overseeing performance evaluations, and promoting a positive workplace culture. The role will also involve collaboration with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with company goals and strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in talent acquisition, recruitment, and retention strategies
  • Experience in planning of Organisational restructuring, Strategic Goal Alignment, Change Management, realignment of KPIS, Gap Analysis, Dashboards etc
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, and training programs
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and imlementation inluding KRAs and KPIs and Perfomance matrix, compliance, and labor laws
  • Leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar HR management role is preferred for minimum of 7 years
