Human Resources Manager

With ongoing plans for expansion, we aim to provide travelers access to a growing portfolio of luxurious and versatile villa accommodations.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Udaipur. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role requires collaborating with leadership to strategically plan and manage human resources initiatives, while fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, including talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.
• Proficiency in performance management, organizational development, and training strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills essential for fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous HR management experience, preferably in hospitality, is a plus.
