About the Role

This Is A Full-Time On-Site Role For A Human Resources Manager Based In Delhi, India. The HR Manager Will Oversee The Recruitment Process, Implement HR Strategies, And Ensure Compliance With Labor Laws And Policies. Responsibilities Include Managing Employee Relations, Designing Training And Development Programs, Handling Performance Management, And Fostering An Inclusive Workplace Culture. The HR Manager Will Also Support Organizational Growth By Ensuring Efficient HR Operations And Promoting Employee Engagement Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding.

* Manpower Planning As Per Departmental Requirements.

* End-To-End Recruitment (Sourcing, Screening, Interviews, Etc.)

* Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, And Joining Formalities.

* Structured Onboarding And Induction Process.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

* Attendance, Leave And Shi Management.

* Confirmation, Appraisal, Promotion And Exit Processes.

* Maintaining Employee Records And HR Documentations.

3. Payroll & Compensation

* Coordination For Payroll Processing.

* Salary Structure, Increments, Incentives, And Deductions.

* Statutory Compliance Related To Wages

4. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws

* Compliance With PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act.

* Coordination With Consultants, Auditors, And Government Authorities.

* Handling Inspections And Statutory Filings

5. Performance Management

* KPI Seng And Performance Evaluation Systems

* Appraisal Cycle Coordination

* Employee Productivity And Efficiency Tracking

6. Employee Relations & Culture

* Grievance Handling And Conflict Resolution

* Disciplinary Procedures And Policy Enforcement Driving A Positive, People-First Workplace Culture.

7. Training & Development

* Identify Training Needs

* Organizing Internal And External Training Programs

Skill Development And Compliance Training

8. HR Policies & Systems

* Draing And Implementing HR Policies, Sops, And Handbooks.

Ensuring Policy Adherence Across The Organization
