Position Overview
The HR Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of human resources operations for our Vadodara office. This role will be responsible for end-to-end HR management from recruitment and employee engagement to compliance and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in BPO hiring, Indian labour laws, and employee relations, with a strong ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for BPO and corporate positions.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee integration programs.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
- Design and execute engagement initiatives to enhance employee morale and retention.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers for HR-related concerns and conflict resolution.
Performance Management & Development
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Support leadership in developing employee growth and succession plans.
- Facilitate training and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all local labour laws, statutory regulations, and government requirements (e.g., PF, ESI, Shops and Establishments Act, Gratuity, etc.).
- Maintain and update HR policies in alignment with Indian legal frameworks and company standards.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Strategic HR Planning
- Partner with management to align HR strategy with business needs.
- Provide insights on workforce trends, talent analytics, and organizational planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
- 58 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in recruiting and managing BPO employees.
- Strong understanding of Indian labour laws, statutory compliances, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR systems, MS Office, and HR analytics tools.
