Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Hybrid (Delhi/NCR-based candidate)

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR for our Corporate Team while supervising our Retail HR & Payroll SPOC and HR-Admin & IT SPOC. You'll act as the HR Manager primarily responsible for Corporate team while supervising the rest of the HR staff ensuring a seamless employee experience across the employee lifecycle from hiring and onboarding to performance management, engagement, and exits.

You'll also oversee payroll and HR operations through your team, driving efficiency, automation, and a data-driven HR culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate HRBP (End-to-End Employee Lifecycle)

  • Manage all HR activities for corporate employees: recruitment, induction, onboarding, confirmation, feedback, performance management, employee engagement, and exits.
  • Act as a trusted HR partner for business heads and teams understanding their challenges and providing proactive HR solutions.
  • Assist in ideating and executing Strategic HR projects
  • Ensure all HR policies, systems, and processes are followed and continuously improved.

2. Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Lead and mentor a small team of 1-2 members
  • Oversee payroll, HR operations, compliance, and admin-related tasks.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll, documentation, and statutory compliance.

3. Process Excellence & Automation

  • Identify manual HR processes and drive automation using HRMS and tools.
  • Build data dashboards and MIS reports to enable decision-making.
  • Drive implementation and adoption of HRMS, digitisation, and productivity tools.

4. People & Culture

  • Drive initiatives to strengthen company culture, engagement, and retention.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution with empathy and fairness.
  • Support performance management, career development, and internal mobility.

5. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives for corporate and retail teams.
  • Track effectiveness of development programs.

Requirements

  • Experience: 58 years of overall HR experience with exposure to both strategic and operational HR.
  • Industry Preference: Consumer brands, D2C, Retail, FMCG, or other mid-sized fast-growing organizations.
  • Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent execution and problem-solving abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset; strong in Excel and HR analytics.
  • Exposure to HRMS tools, Canva, and other useful productivity/automation tools.
  • Hustler attitude ambitious, driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving setup.
  • Team management experience is a must.

Work Mode & Schedule

  • Hybrid: Must be comfortable working from the Gurgaon office at least twice a week.
  • Work Days: 5.5 days a week (Alternate Saturdays off).
