Job Description

What You'll Do
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and exit processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and initiatives that support organisational growth.
  • Lead performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance-related documentation.
  • Resolve employee queries, grievances, and ensure a healthy workplace culture.
  • Support leadership in manpower planning and organisational development.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure statutory compliance.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management or related HR roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks.
  • A people-first mindset with strong organisational skills.
