Job Title: Assistant Manager, (HR Operations)

Location: TechZone IV, Greater Noida West, Noida

Shift: 06.30 PM to 03.30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to manage the complete employee lifecycle for our employees across the organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations from onboarding to offboarding, while maintaining strong control over employee records, HR processes, payroll inputs, policy administration, employee support, and operational discipline. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of relevant experience and must have managed HR operations for a workforce of 500+ employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations for internal employees across departments and business functions.
  • Handle complete onboarding processes including documentation, offer rollout coordination, joining formalities, employee file creation, induction coordination, and system readiness.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, attendance records, leave records, employee status changes, and other HR MIS with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate with payroll, admin, compliance, and department heads to ensure accurate and timely monthly inputs related to attendance, leave, employee movements, and payroll support.
  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees for queries related to documentation, attendance, leave, payroll support, policy clarification, letters, and general employee concerns.
  • Ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle activities such as confirmations, transfers, promotions, role changes, salary revisions, and separations.
  • Support employee engagement and retention through timely issue resolution, process support, and strong employee communication.
  • Handle disciplinary matters, warning letters, absconding cases, and employee documentation in line with company policy.
  • Manage complete exit and offboarding process including resignation documentation, clearance coordination, asset recovery follow-up, and full and final settlement inputs.
  • Ensure adherence to internal HR policies, process discipline, and statutory requirements across the employee lifecycle.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards on onboarding, active headcount, attrition, exits, attendance trends, leave records, and key HR operational metrics.
  • Support audits and internal reviews by maintaining proper employee records and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, or core HR operations.
  • Must have handled HR operations for a workforce of at least 500 employees.
  • Strong understanding of onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, leave management, payroll inputs, grievance handling, exit management, and HR operations processes.
  • Good knowledge of labor law compliance, statutory processes, and HR documentation practices applicable in India.
  • Strong coordination skills with the ability to work across employees, department heads, payroll teams, admin, and leadership stakeholders.
  • High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to handle employee matters in a practical and professional manner.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR trackers/MIS management is required.

Preferred Background: Candidates from corporate HR operations, high-volume employee lifecycle management, shared services HR, or structured HR operations environments will be preferred.
