Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead HR operations for our Delhi region. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to hospitality or service-oriented industries, excellent HR functional knowledge, and the ability to manage people processes across a fast-paced environment. An MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end HR operations for the Delhi location
• Drive recruitment for operational, managerial, and support roles
• Manage onboarding, induction, documentation, and employee life-cycle processes
• Ensure accurate payroll inputs, attendance management & HRMS upkeep
• Oversee statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws, audits, S&E)
• Implement employee engagement initiatives & R&R activities
• Handle employee relations, grievance management & disciplinary actions
• Partner with business and operations teams for workforce planning
• Maintain HR reports, MIS, dashboards & compliance documentation
• Ensure adherence to company policies, values, and culture
Skills & Requirements
• MBA in HR (preferred) with strong HR generalist experience
• 5–8 years of HR experience, ideally in hospitality, catering, F&B or events
• Strong knowledge of HR operations & statutory compliance
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multi-location teams & high-volume operations
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and people-centric approach
Preferred Profile
• Prior HR experience in hotel/banquet/event environments
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead
• Hands-on experience with HRMS, attendance systems & payroll coordination
