Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on HR Head to lead the HR function for a growing interior design and build firm. The role involves driving hiring, building HR processes, and fostering a strong, creative work culture aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across design, project, and corporate roles
  • Build and implement HR policies, processes, and performance systems
  • Drive employee engagement and a high-performance culture
  • Manage HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance
  • Support leadership in organizational planning and team development

Requirements

  • 7–8 years of HR experience (preferably in design, architecture, or project-based industries)
  • Strong hiring and stakeholder management skills
  • Good knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • MBA/PGDM in HR
