Role Overview

This is a hands-on HR Generalist / HR Business Partner role focused on supporting business leaders in driving people strategies while also improving HR efficiency through process automation and digitization initiatives.

The role involves strong business partnership, employee engagement, talent management, and HR operations, along with identifying opportunities to enhance HR processes through automation, analytics, and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to implement HR initiatives aligned with business growth and workforce priorities.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and strengthen employee connect across teams.
  • Manage employee relations matters including grievance handling, employee movements, and internal transfers.
  • Ensure effective implementation of performance management processes.
  • Support talent management initiatives including attrition analysis, retention strategies, and workforce planning.
  • Assist in the annual compensation cycle including promotions, bonuses, and salary revisions.
  • Coach and guide managers on people management, leadership practices, and HR policies.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and digital workflows.
  • Implement AI-based solutions, bots, and automation tools to improve HR efficiency.
  • Drive digitization initiatives that enhance employee experience and reduce manual processes.
  • Provide HR analytics and insights to support stakeholder decision-making.
  • Partner with HR COEs, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement smart HR solutions.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • MBA / Master's degree in Human Resources (Full-time) with 34 years of experience from Premier B-Schools (Category A) OR 69 years of experience from Category B institutions.
  • Strong experience in HR Business Partnering / HR Generalist responsibilities
  • Knowledge of employee relations, engagement, talent management, and performance management
  • Exposure to HR automation, process digitization, or HR transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with HR analytics tools such as Power BI or advanced Excel
  • Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • HR certifications such as SHRM or similar would be a good to have
