About the role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a seasoned Senior HR Manager to drive people strategy, talent management, and culture at MAVIP Group. This is a leadership role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and people empathy. You'll help build an environment that attracts, retains, and grows top-tier talent across all verticals.The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and HR policy compliance. In addition to this, the Human Resource Manager will also be responsible to recruit suitable candidates for our clients and client management.

Key responsibilities

HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute HR strategy aligned with company growth goals.
  • Advise leadership on organization structure, workforce planning, and talent development.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  • Build a strong employer brand and candidate experience.

Performance & Culture

  • Implement performance management systems.
  • Foster a high-performance, feedback-driven culture.

People Operations

  • Manage HR policies, processes, and compliance.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and retention strategies.

Employee Engagement & Development

  • Lead initiatives around employee satisfaction, well-being, and development.
  • Design learning and career development frameworks.

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of progressive HR experience in services-based organizations.
  • Experience with policy design & implementation.
  • Prior experience in startups, agencies, or high-growth companies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and people analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strategic and problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
