As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Leader who can drive organizational excellence, strengthen our people-first culture, and lead the Human Resources function across the organization.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager / HR Head to lead our HR function and support our growing workforce of 500+ employees. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce productivity.

This position requires a dynamic HR professional who can align people strategies with business objectives while fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented work culture.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's business goals and growth plans.
Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Design and implement effective HR policies, performance management systems, and employee engagement programs.
Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance productivity, collaboration, and workplace culture.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Oversee payroll administration, employee benefits, and HR operations.
Develop and implement structured learning and development programs across departments.
Partner with senior leadership to improve organizational effectiveness and employee performance.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, and Organizational Development.
Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and HR Compliance.
Experience in Payroll Management, Benefits Administration, and HR Operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms.
Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Prior experience in the Manufacturing or Engineering industry will be highly preferred.

Key Requirements

10–15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
Proven experience in managing large workforces and multi-department coordination.
Strong understanding of strategic HR practices and organizational development.
Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and improve employee productivity.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
