Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Okhla. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization's HR functions, including payroll, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee engagement initiatives, ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies, and supporting organizational development efforts. The candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure a positive workplace culture and the effective alignment of HR practices with business goals.
