This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Noida. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, implementing effective workplace strategies, coordinating training programs, managing payroll, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role also involves improving employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Proficiency in creating and implementing HR policies and compliance management
• Strong skills in Training and Development, Workforce Planning, and Employee Engagement
• Problem-Solving and Strategic Thinking skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and lead teams effectively
• Experience in the advertising or creative industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus)
