As we continue to grow across these markets, we're building out a strong internal team to match the pace of our global client base, and HR plays a critical role in that journey.

We're now looking for an experienced, hands-on HR Manager to take full ownership of our HR function. Someone who doesn't just manage processes, but builds systems, drives culture, and grows with the company long-term.

Location: Zirakpur, Punjab (On-Site)

Shift: Night Shift (aligned with US/UK/Australia business hours)

Experience Required: 5+ years in HR Management or HR Operations

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

As HR Manager, you won't just be executing tasks. You'll be the backbone of how our people function operates, managing everything from hiring to policy building to employee relations, while working closely with leadership to shape how the company grows across multiple international markets. This is ideal for someone who wants ownership, not just a job description.

What You'll Be Doing

Recruitment and Onboarding

• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout, and onboarding
• Build sourcing strategies to attract quality talent consistently, not just fill urgent gaps

HR Operations and Compliance

• Manage day to day HR operations, documentation, and employee records
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management
• Ensure company practices comply with applicable labor laws and internal policy

Policy and Process Building

• Design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks from the ground up, or refine what already exists
• Continuously improve HR processes to reduce friction for both employees and leadership

Employee Engagement and Culture

• Drive initiatives that improve engagement, morale, and retention
• Act as the go to point for employee relations issues, resolving conflicts fairly and professionally
• Build a workplace culture people genuinely want to stay in

Performance and Strategy

• Manage performance review cycles and support managers in giving effective feedback
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, org structure, and long-term HR strategy
• Build and eventually mentor a growing HR team as the company scales

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in HR management or HR operations
• Demonstrated ability to lead recruitment end to end, not just coordinate interviews
• Strong understanding of labor law, compliance, and HR documentation
• Confident decision maker who can handle employee relations independently
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking with employees and leadership alike
• Working knowledge of HRMS tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Fully comfortable working night shift hours aligned with international time zones on a long-term basis
• Prior exposure to international or global HR practices is a plus
• Looking for a stable, long-term role where you can build and own something, not a short-term stopgap
