We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and streamline our people operations for a fast-growing, performance-driven organization based in Mohali.
Role Overview:
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. You will play a key role in building a strong, motivated workforce aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment (especially for sales & operations roles)
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
Handle onboarding, training, and employee lifecycle management
Maintain employee engagement and retention initiatives
Monitor performance management systems
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Handle payroll coordination and attendance systems
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in HR management
Strong hiring experience (bulk hiring preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM/HRMS tools is a plus
Location: Mohali (On-site)
Working Days: 5 Days
