POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function for a fast-paced call center. You will manage a team of 3 HR professionals, oversee end-to-end HR operations, and act as a strategic partner to management for a workforce of 500+ employees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead HR team and serve as primary HR contact for employees and management.
- Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, offboarding, and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indian labor laws.
- Oversee high-volume hiring, payroll, attendance, shifts, and attrition management.
- Drive employee engagement, training, talent development, and retention; maintain HR metrics and reports.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in HR, including at least 3 years in an HR Manager or senior HR leadership role.
- Experience in call-center (workforce of 500+ employees).
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master's or HR certification is a plus.
