What You'll Be Doing:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment across departments
• Set up hiring systems, onboarding flows, and employee documentation
• Manage contracts, offer letters, NDAs, and performance tracking
• Foster a strong work culture through team-building and engagement initiatives
• Ensure legal and procedural compliance for local and remote staff

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of HR/People Ops experience
• Excellent communication, organization, and people skills
• Strong knowledge of hiring processes, HR tools, and legal basics
• Ability to multitask and handle dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Prior experience in startups or digital businesses is a bonus
