Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ankleshwar. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR-related functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training, policy implementation, and compliance. They will manage benefits administration, resolve employee relations issues, and ensure a supportive and productive workplace. The role will also involve developing HR strategies aligned with the hotel's objectives and fostering a positive organizational culture that promotes employee satisfaction, retention, and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding processes
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Experience in training, professional development, and fostering employee engagement
- Familiarity with labor laws, HR policies, and compliance measures
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
