Role Description

Tekiknow is entering a critical growth phase and is looking for abusiness-oriented HR Managerto work closely with leadership and department heads. This role goes beyond HR operations and focuses on building performance systems, strengthening managers, and creating a disciplined, execution-driven culture across engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience inperformance management, KPI design, and people systems
  • Proven exposure tomanufacturing or engineering-driven organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams including design, sales, and shop-floor staff
  • Solid understanding ofIndian labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR governance
  • Experience drivingorganizational change, discipline, and accountability
  • Ability to coach and influence managers on people and performance decisions
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate it into action
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High ownership mindset with maturity to handle difficult conversations and decisions

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implementrole-based KPIsand performance assessment frameworks
  • Establish and drivemonthly and quarterly performance reviews
  • Enable managers with effective people-management, feedback, and accountability practices
  • Drive ownership, discipline, and productivity across a mixed workforce (engineers & shop floor)
  • Partner with leadership on organization structure, talent decisions, and capability building
  • Lead hiring processes with a focus on quality, attitude, and cultural fit
  • Develop and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and governance systems
  • Drive employee retention, engagement, and culture aligned to business goals
  • Ensure statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
  • Act as a change agent during system, process, and mindset transitions
