Role Description
Tekiknow is entering a critical growth phase and is looking for abusiness-oriented HR Managerto work closely with leadership and department heads. This role goes beyond HR operations and focuses on building performance systems, strengthening managers, and creating a disciplined, execution-driven culture across engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience inperformance management, KPI design, and people systems
- Proven exposure tomanufacturing or engineering-driven organizations
- Demonstrated ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams including design, sales, and shop-floor staff
- Solid understanding ofIndian labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR governance
- Experience drivingorganizational change, discipline, and accountability
- Ability to coach and influence managers on people and performance decisions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate it into action
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High ownership mindset with maturity to handle difficult conversations and decisions
Key Responsibilities- Design and implementrole-based KPIsand performance assessment frameworks
- Establish and drivemonthly and quarterly performance reviews
- Enable managers with effective people-management, feedback, and accountability practices
- Drive ownership, discipline, and productivity across a mixed workforce (engineers & shop floor)
- Partner with leadership on organization structure, talent decisions, and capability building
- Lead hiring processes with a focus on quality, attitude, and cultural fit
- Develop and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and governance systems
- Drive employee retention, engagement, and culture aligned to business goals
- Ensure statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation
- Act as a change agent during system, process, and mindset transitions
