Role Description
- We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to lead our HR efforts from our office in Bengaluru (on-site).
- This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for overseeing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
- The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- The Human Resources Manager will also collaborate with various departments to support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
- Work with leadership on organisational design, headcount planning, and HR analytics.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition strategies
- Skills in Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution
- Experience in Training, Organizational Development, and Performance Management
- Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and HR Policy Development
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and adapt to fast-paced environments
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in Mobility, Logistics, Startups, Tech, or Operations-heavy environments is a plus
