Travel Required: Yes (for campus hiring and client coordination)
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Functions:
Partner with leadership to understand business objectives and align HR strategies accordingly.
Lead HR budgeting and workforce planning processes.
Conduct 30-60-90-day onboarding reviews and regular check-ins with new hires.
Monitor key HR metrics and prepare data-driven reports for management decisions.
Develop and maintain performance management systems, including target setting, KPIs, and quarterly reviews.
Implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
Coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines.
Lead campus hiring initiatives and build relationships with placement officers.
Employee Relations & Culture:
Act as a trusted advisor for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Foster a positive work culture through initiatives, recognition programs, and regular feedback.
Promote employee well-being and ensure adherence to company values and policies.
HR Operations:
Maintain HR records, databases, attendance, and leave management (including onsite engineers).
Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and compliance with labour laws.
Coordinate learning & development programs and technical certifications (e.g., for cloud and IT teams).
Conduct structured induction and orientation sessions for new employees.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly HR activities.
Learning & Development:
Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.
Create development plans and monitor training effectiveness.
Coordinate external training, certifications, and knowledge-building activities.
