Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves overseeing and managing HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will also assist in developing HR strategies, policies, and procedures, ensure adherence to labor laws, support employee engagement initiatives, and provide guidance to staff and management on HR-related matters. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives is also a vital part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Familiarity with Performance Management, Training, and Development
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance Standards, and HR Policies
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software platforms and general computer operations
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory HR role is advantageous
