Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources (HR) Manager based in sec 65 Gurugram , The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development programs, and employee relations, employee motivation. The role also involves ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, developing and following HR policies, and promoting a positive organizational culture. The HR Manager will collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and foster employee engagement and satisfaction.

• Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding processes
• Experience in performance management, training, and professional development initiatives
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR policy development
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to build a positive organizational culture and foster team collaboration
• Proven expertise in employee engagement and managing workplace dynamics
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the real estate or service sectors is an added advantage
