Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head - HR at Krishvi Group located in Bengaluru. The Head - HR will be responsible for managing HR functions, overseeing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and handling employee relations on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Strong understanding of Employee Relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
